Artist wanted her studio out in the country in Franklin County, but circumstance placed her in her hometown of Vinton, Virginia.

This painting is the only way her studio can be uprooted and placed out in the country with another dream of having

a horse farm, but alas an artist would find it pretty hard taking care of a horse farm as well as keep up her full-time painting career.

In this painting, you can see Patsy's pink studio/gallery in the background, the artist walking down the path feeding apples

to the horses, and her Jack Russell Terrier "Butch" is portrayed in the painting three times.
